1. Review the “Quick Start Guide” and “Scanning tips” documents to give you some tips on the scanning technique.
2. Call our customer support hotline on 888 777 0552 x 113 - Mon-Fri, 9.00am – 5.00pm EST for help and guidance in using your Pen.
If you are still not satisfied with your purchase, then please return the product with proof of purchase, in the ORIGINAL packing with ALL parts included. (If any items or components are deemed missing upon receipt of return, Wizcom Technologies reserves the right to charge a missing parts and replacement fee according to its published fee schedule)

We suggest you use a carrier/service that provides tracking and delivery confirmation (e.g. Fedex, UPS, USPS Express Mail).
For products returned to WizCom Technologies in accordance with the published Returns Policy, a credit will normally be issued within 4 weeks of the receipt of the product at WizCom Technologies’ offices. (Please note: your credit card companies billing cycle may require up to 2 statements for this credit to appear on your statement). If you have not received your credit after 5 weeks please contact WizCom Technologies at returns@wizcomtech.com, quoting your order/invoice number and return date.
Wizcom will NOT issue a refund on products for any of the following reasons:
1. The product is damaged, scratched, destroyed or intentionally misused.
2. The product is not in the original packaging.
3. The product is returned without a packing slip or proof of purchase.
4. The product is not received back by Wizcom Technologies within 30 days from the date that the product was shipped to you.
